A great resource to confirm a products safety and reliability is by reading clinical studies on a particular product or natural remedy recommendation.  

Since not all products will provide clinical study information, another great resource to use to look up products you are curious about is EWG.org. Their database includes thousands of products. You can also look up specific ingredients and it will grade products on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most toxic). You also might see some products on a letter scale from A-F.

Digital purchases are delivered immediately after purchase to the email address you provided. Please check your promotions or spam inbox in case your access information was sent there before contacting us. 

Physical product purchases will be processed in 3 to 5 business days and typically are delivered within 7 to 14 business days. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, the fulfillment company will send you an email with tracking information for your order. 

Please note, sometimes your order confirmation e-mail can be filtered into the spam or promotional email filters of your email carrier. Make sure to check "All Mail" for your email correspondence. 

An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email within 10 minutes of placing an order. 

Please make sure that the email is not in your spam or junk mail folder. When you do locate it, add the email address to your ‘safe senders’ list. 

If you still can not find an email order confirmation after 24 hours, please confirm your bank processed the order. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for further assistance if you found a pending charge with your bank but you still can not find an order confirmation email.
